Preparing for a Private Consultation
A private consultation is more useful when the home is described plainly. You do not need a finished mood board. You do need to know, as far as possible, where the property is, what it is, and what you want it to become.
It helps to say whether you live in Egypt or abroad, which rooms matter first, and whether you are looking for design, finishing, furniture, or a complete interior. Approximate area and the current stage of the property — shell, part-finished, or lived-in — keep the conversation specific.
If you have photographs of the space, bring them. If you have a date in mind, say so, without treating it as a guarantee.
The consultation is the beginning of the work, not a sales presentation. Its purpose is to see whether MAKANELL is the right studio for the home, and how the journey might be shaped.
