This policy describes how MAKANELL uses information you send through makanell.com. It is written for the website in its current form and is not a substitute for later legal advice.

What we collect

The consultation form asks for your name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence, property location and type, approximate area, required services, property stage, optional completion date, a project description, and a preferred contact method. We also receive the time of the enquiry and a technical network address used only to limit automated abuse of the form.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to understand whether interior design, turnkey finishing or bespoke furniture may be relevant to the home you describe. We do not sell this information. We do not pass personal details into analytics tools from the thank-you page.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to info@makanell.com. A copy may also be stored on the hosting account, outside the public website folder, so the enquiry can be recovered if email delivery fails. That copy is not published and is not placed in page addresses or analytics.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed to reply and, if work follows, to administer that conversation. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a project.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set marketing cookies. A short session may be used after the form is sent so that the thank-you page can confirm receipt without placing your details in the page address.
